This project has been born after a long night of DJng, partying, and enjoying time during one of our many events at the Duncker Club in Berlin. As many of you know, two years ago we moved to the north of Germany. Nevertheless, we worked hard to keep the Dark Monday and the other related parties alive.

Organizing parties it is harder than most guests think. Not only it requests plenty of time, but it also requests a lot of energy before, during and afterward. A good party is the magic spot where the perfect exchange of energy takes place. Thanks to the support of many friends and regular guests it wasn´t hard work to do though. You guys really made the difference and each time it was for us a bit harder to leave. We spent hours in the car driving back to our second home in the colder North, talking about you, the party, the time together, the music, the fantastic atmosphere and great time we had…Also about the memories, we have of the Montagsduncker and how this party came to life more than 25 years ago. There are so many stories attached to the grounding of this famous party and to the life of the Duncker Club in relation to the alternative scene in Berlin, that we decided to create a platform for it.

This website is, therefore, more than an informative page or a pictures archive. Here we talk about the DARK MONDAY and everything connected to it: people, parties, music, bands, projects, creations, stories. Even more: we will be connected on the online platform and on the offline dancefloor.
