The Jul Club at the Duncker is already an old tradition. Every year we meet to celebrate the time of Yule, which coincides with the longest night and the shortest day of the year. The time of Winter Solstice is full of magic and wonder since it is connected to the celebration of the Sun and its return. Christmas, was created by the Christian Romans based around the polytheistic festivity Sun God festival Sol Invictis on the winter solstice and people in northern Europe later combined it with their Yule festival. Yule is celebrated at the Duncker with music, dance, and exchange of presents.
